Where do you ship to?
Right now we only ship within the US & Canada. Please contact us if you are an international customer for a quote.
How long does shipping take?
Your transit time depends on the shipping method chosen. Turnaround time for each product is clearly labeled in their descriptions. This is changing with the flow of orders so please double check the description before purchasing to make sure the timeline fits yours.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the product ships. If you do not receive a tracking number within your stated turnaround time please contact us. You can also track within the SHOP App.
How do I return an item?
We have a 3 day after purchase refund policy on all pre-order swaddles and RTS (ready-to-ship). You may request a refund on preorder swaddle or RTS doll within 3 days of purchase. Custom and semi-custom items are not eligible for a refund unless it has gone past the posted TAT and the necessary time for shipping. Lost packages do not qualify for refunds. All lost packages will be filed with the proper claims department and/or a replacement may be sent. If both of these options are not available then a full refund will be issued.
Mistakes can happen & we are always here to make it right! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not give refunds to other forms of payment then the one used on original purchase. We can also give store credit if chosen.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if available. We can also make this exchange for you without purchase.
How do I order a Custom Doll?
Customs will open & close with the flow of orders. They are open when the listing does not say "sold out". If they are "sold out" it means I have reached my cap in my queue & need to get more orders out before I commit to more. Please be patient with ordering.
What size clothing do the Dolls wear?
Life Size Dolls can wear your childrens old or new clothing & doll clothing!

Where can I find the Options for the custom dolls?
You can find them above under the "Options" tab. For swaddle fabric prints please contact me as I have not gotten them on the website yet.
What is RTS & when do you have them?
"RTS" means Ready to Ship. These are our retail dolls that are complete & ready to ship to you within a few days. Sometimes I have semi-custom RTS drops which means the dolls are complete except for the choice in hair/wig color. Once the chosen wig is placed they are ready to ship! I try & do monthly to every other month RTS drops. Check the Facebook group for dates!
I stand by each doll & its quality. If there is a mishap & I can fix it then you can send the doll to me to be fixed free of charge. You will have to pay to ship the doll to me but I will pay return shipping. Dolls will come back good as new! Doll hospitals take up to 28 business days. Please email if needing this service!
